The only upset point in my Portugal trip. Terrible service in short.
Ordered an orange juice which was pre-made and poured over ice. Within 15 seconds I noticed a fly in the drink. When I pointed it out, staff oddly asked if it just flew into it as it is "freshly" made. After clarifying that I was standing inside the shop the whole time (15 seconds), they said it’s “normal” to have a fly and does not really care. Their only remedial action was to use a spoon to scoop it out—slightly better than nothing, but still...

The lady single-handedly running everything is amazing, taking orders, making the food and serving it….her boss should either give her a raise or add an extra person to work the shift. The various steak sandwiches were very tasty, as was the Bifana with onion. The mango cheesecake would not be my choice next time, the whipped cream was not real cream and left a greasy taste. I would go for the forest fruit...
