Pizzeria Aroma di Mare — Restaurant in Albufeira

My family and I, went to this restaurant before during the week. Our experience was somewhat okay and we ate an all you can eat fish. Although some of the fish tasted rank the customer service was over all okay. Today we went again and the customer service wasn't that great. One of us ordered a picanha with rice and chips. The picanha was really tuff and chewy and very over cooked. The rice was horrifically revolting and sickening and had gone off as if it had been there for over a week. It was burnt and smelled foul like it was fermented. We told the staff and they acted as if they didn't care. The rice spoiled our whole meal since you could smell it around the whole table and it was very nauseating. We told different staff members about it and all they gave us was a sarcastic

condescending look along with a response that screamed I don't care and a repolsive attuide. I just hope no one has the same experience. If you want a nice relaxing tasty meal I do not recommend this place. The price those not equal the food...

A fantastic restaurant with a perfect balance between reasonable price and great quality. We stayed at Olhos De Água for ten days and this place was our favourite of many restaurants we visited during our vacation. Superb food with quality, fresh ingredients. Excellent pizza, excellent omelette, excellent seafood and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. ‘Eat all you can’ grilled fish for €10.....BRING IT ON! Just be aware that the fish is very bony but it is beautifully cooked and very, very fresh. The place is right next to the busy main road but that was no problem at all. You soon forget about any traffic noise when your food is so delicious! One member of staff didn’t speak much English but hey, her English was better than my Portuguese! Had the lasagne last year which was OK and my boyfriend wanted to go again! dissapointed this year with our meal. Ordered chicken with mash and another chicken with fries, meal came with 2 lots of mash and 2 lots of fries 🤭🤔 so if you like loads of carbs you will like this, I asked the waitress about the vegetables and she said you never ordered them and if you want them you u will have to pay. Chicken was tough and chewey. On the plus side my mash was nice, chips were nice. Sauce was good, my boyfriend liked the fish soup, served a nice Gin and tonic.
