We would recommend Red Fort to anyone looking for a delicious, flavourful Indian meal in Albufeira.
We have visited the restaurant twice in our short stay, and we tried the biryani, the mango chicken and the chicken madras. All of these were excellent, especially the biryani, which we tried at different spice levels, with the spicy biryani being a particular stand out for us.
The food is thoughtfully prepared with care, even down to the pulao rice, which was wonderfully spiced, with these spices visible among the grains. This added an extra layer of flavour mixing perfectly with the various gravies of our dishes.
On top of that, we were served by the owner, who clearly takes a deep pride in his work, and made sure we were catered to, including our dietary restrictions, as one of our party is Coeliac and needs their food to be gluten free.
There is nothing I can fault this restaurant on. They are reasonably priced, beautifully upholstered, the food is excellent and the staff welcoming.
This is a recently opened restaurant and I encourage everyone to give them a chance, as they will definitely...
Read more5 of us had a wonderful meal here. We all enjoyed our food and agreed that the quality was excellent and everything was very reasonable. Each dish was unique, made with care and pride and with a high attention to detail, which was obvious from the layers of flavour in the dishes. I would say that they made their own curry powders too based on the varied flavours of each dish. I had the lamb bhuna and the lamb was tender enough to cut with a fork. The onion bhajis and nann breads were also delicious. The owner was friendly and attentive and you could see the pride he had in serving such delicious food. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are visiting Albufeira and enjoy delicious Indian cuisine with...

From the moment we walked in, the aroma of spices promised something specialâand wow, did it deliver! Every dish was a celebration of bold flavors and perfect textures. The butter chicken was rich and velvety, the biryani fragrant and beautifully layered, and the garlic naan? Utterly addictive.
The service was warm and attentive, with staff who clearly care about both the food and the guests. Whether you're a spice lover or prefer something milder, there's something here for everyone. The presentation was gorgeous, and the portions generous without being overwhelming.
This is Indian cuisine at its finestâcomforting, exciting, and absolutely unforgettable. Definitely worth a visit,...
