First time I encountered such a terrible situation in Portugal. We had a party with children, elderly people, and women. A person who claimed to as a owner misbehaved with us. A group supporting the "owner" suddenly got involved, and they began pushing and threatening us. The situation was absolutely horrible—children were crying, and the women and elderly were terrified.
We went there to celebrate a 'BABY SHOWER' party hoping to create a beautiful and special moment for the mom and the new coming baby. However, it turned into the worst experience in life.
Personally, I tried to resolve the situation in a calm manner. I requested the owner to dismiss the issue, but he refused to understand. I have a humble request for the owner and management team: please don't repeat same situation at your restaurant.
