Great food! We plan our trip to eat around Alentejo as it is always a great place to do it ☺️ This time the choice was this place were we got lovely food and something that I’ve never tasted before, fresh coriander’s rice, lovely! No pics on the food 🤦‍♀️ we were starving 😅 Only pic is from the Alentejo traditional desert “sericaia” Will certainly return!

It was new year, and they didn’t have a lot in the menu as it is super packed here. But we ordered the grilled chicken breast and it was so amazing!! The rice is unbelievably good:) service is super nice, the son of the owner (I guess!) is super chill and helpful and EVEN reserved my favorite desert (baba de camelo). Very worth it🤤

Nao aceitam cartões de crédito que não sejam de Portugal (interessante!) e o preço cobrado (41,30) não valia jamais o recebido. Se querem seguir um bom conselho: não entrem lá.

We had an unplanned dinner here and it became one of our favorite places already. Really, even the french fries were home made, not the frozen based stuff you get everywhere. From the meat, to the frues, salad, and the deserts, it was very similar to how my grandmother used to cook and I loved. The owner was also very nice attending to our children's requests and we had a good chat. Do not get turned away by the non-fancy decoration. From the outside, it doesn't look like the coolest place for sure, if you are looking for regional food that tastes like home made and very reasonably priced, and with a nice service, this is the...
