09/29/2024, 15-minute line, order placed at 20:24 and received at 22:10. Waiting time 1 hour and 46 minutes. Degrading food quality, the food was burnt and completely charred, from bread to cheese and even meat, in addition the vegetables were not fresh. And the potatoes? In addition to being terrible and the waiting time, they could at least have arrived hot, but not even that. The whole experience was terrible, without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever visited and not to mention the lack of hygiene. Kitchen staff drinking from the necks of jugs containing customers' drinks? We have that too, there’s really nothing missing from this restaurant. From the absurd wait, the inedible food and the hygiene of a pigsty, it's a complete experience. I hope no one else comes back to this restaurant and that it is closed for all the reasons mentioned previously. It is important to reinforce the staff's behavior, given the situation the minimum required was that they were understanding with customers who had been waiting for hours, this did not happen, they ignored all those who went to the counter to ask questions about the order or show displeasure, a complete lack of respect. For a moment I mistook the restaurant for a call center because the employees went outside to talk...

Honestly disappointed, the burger itself is good, but it's limited to that adjective, nothing special, no "wow" factor. I found it to be overly priced, €9 for a burger without sides and drinks. The service, although respectful, could be better managed. At no point was I explained how the menus work, what to expect, etc. It was more like, "Do you want this? And this?" somewhat leading our order.

To top it off, the acoustic environment was horrible. Despite being a burger place with visual cues from a very famous burger chain worldwide (Five Guys), it couldn't capture the acoustic ambiance of the 50s/60s. Okay, maybe it's Christmas, and Christmas songs might be more appropriate, but listening to 20 minutes of nonsensical rap completely removed this restaurant from my list of...

This place feels like some kind of five guys rip off. The menu is expensive and does take a long time to arrive. The burger you can tell is good beef which is great but a fantastic burger is made of more than just beef. I felt the portions of food were not worth the money paid and the service while started off well got worse the more questions I asked. There’s not much patience there.. the smashed burger wasn’t really that smashed and there was just a small handful of fries. I was made to feel like a sub human for asking for some ketchup and received the tiniest Macdonald ramekin of the stuff.
