The environment is nice. They had one waiter with long hair who was very kind even as he was overwhelmed with the volume of customers. Be prepared to wait a long time for your food. The restaurant has a very small kitchen that is understaffed, 1 cook, 1 assistant, and 1 waiter.

After waiting around an hour the Tom Yum soup as a started we ordered was served. The Tom Yum was good, well seasoned and creamy with the coconut milk.

After another half hour or so the main dishes were served.

I would avoid getting the pad thai. The typically sweet, tangy and savory noodle dish was just purely salty. Maybe they confused the sugar for the salt in the hustle and bustle of the dinner service. I mentioned this to the waiter and the owner was called over to have a conversation with us. He immediately became very defensive. He told us that they never use salt in his dishes. And when I tried to explain that pad thai should be sweet and tangy he told me that “the restaurant has served thousands of pad thais and noone has ever told them that the flavors were not authentic.” I have never had anyone lecture me about the flavors of pad thai, I know what a pad thai is supposed to taste like and it just was not it. The rice noodles were also cooked al dente which is very incorrect.

The beef kaw pao was flavored and seasoned well. No complaints there.

Overall, the price is cheap, just don’t get the pad thai and try the curry dishes. Good spice level if that is what you like. Weirdly defensive owner, you can see from his responses to the other low reviews here on google. Curious to see if/how he’ll respond...

This was the worse service experience in my entire life. I am a food blogger and so I dined in many places around the world, but this event has never happened to me in my life! We reserved a table, there we ordered food in an empty restaurant, we got it an hour later!! I think the reasons are bescause there was only 1 cook and at least 5 phone-orders for take aways, they took all of the cook time. Half an hour after the food came (and when our child wanted seconds on the rice the owner said it's impossible) the salads came!!!! Yes, at the end of the meal...while we debated what to do with them since we already finished, the cook stormed out of the kitchen and screamed at us like a crazy person. she said she works hard and alone and that we ask for so much food (9 hungry pepole-should I apologize for that?) and that it's hard for her. I told her that with all the sympathy I do feel for her, I am still the customer and I cant solve that problem, the owner should, and frankly I dont think any cook should come and scream at paying costumers, this was rude and horrible experience. Especially for my kids who were crying saying they are afraid that the cook might kill us with a knife, it surely felt this way to me. The food was great but I would never ever recommend going there.Stay away! Order online if you have to, this is the only way they are probably nice to people. If you'll see a rude response from the owner down here please know this is their true colors: non apologetic, rude and...

It is an absolutely lovely place and one of Braga's little-known surprises worth discovering. Food is wonderfully cooked with a nice range of interesting tastes to try. The place has a very cozy and quiet environment and the Taiwanese lady chef does come out to check if the food is good, being very kind, talkative and grateful for your visit. The whole place makes you feel welcome and at home while serving you food that comes in very generous quantities. So much so that two people sharing 2 plates can repeat the meal up to three times! It's an absolut must and I am sure to return as many times as possible,...

Sadly, the food does not taste authentic like in Thailand (I lived in Thailand for a few years). Here, the dishes have been modified for Europe flavours. The Pad krapow, the most Thai dish in Thailand, does not look or taste anything like what it should be. Even the pork slices were hard and chewy we could not even eat it. Pad Thai is ok but not very good too. Tastes like ordinary fried noodles. Tom yum is better with a good taste of lemongrass, but no spiciness even though we asked for spicy.

AVOID this place if you're hungry! We came here when only 2 tables was occupied. We waited 53!!!(sic) minutes before we got our TWO typical dishes. Nothing fancy or long-cooked. If the waiter said that we should wait around an hour - we'd say thanks but no and go elsewhere. The business was awfully organized: 12 tables and one Chef. One waiter as well. P.s.If any Thai was told that Pad Thai had to wait for almost an hour - he would die of shame and cringe!
