One of the one restaurants I have ever been too! If I could give this place a 0, I would! My family and I just walked in for dinner. We ordered Picanha and when it came out the meat was not cooked at all. We did ask to have the meat cooked a little bit more so that it was raw. When the meat came back out, we tried it and it started like sardines. It was absolutely disgusting as I am someone who doesn’t like sardines. The worst part of all of this is, we called the waiter over and explained to him that the Picanha tasted like sardines. He called the manager over and the manager was extremely rude!! The manager came over to our table and started telling us that the kitchen has 2 separate grills and there is no way possible that the meat can taste like sardines meanwhile, we were even able to smell it. He never asked if we wanted anything else. He just walked away from the table. My family and I ended up not eating the meat and it was still on the bill. I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone as the service...

Péssima experiência! Reservei mesa para 4 neste restaurante na passagem d'ano para 2023. Havia um menu da passagem d'ano e escolhemos bife wellington. O que nos serviram foi uma triste carne demasiado passada e seca enrolada numa triste massa folhada a acompanhar com batatas fritas. A partir do momento que nos serviram nunca mais voltaram à mesa par saber se estavamos bem ou se precisavamos de mais alguma coisa. Quis pedir algum acompanhamento para "completar"o triste prato mas ninguem apareceu e por mais que chamassemos nao vieram à mesa. Acabamos por pedir ao funcionário que chamasse o gerente e nada nao apareceu ninguém apesar da insistência. Queriamos nao so reclamar da refeição como pedir sobremesas mas nao foi possivel. Tivemos que nos levantar e ir pagar à caixa onde voltamos a chamar o gerente que cobardemente teve que dar a cara. Expliquei que nao sabem fazer bife wellington, que nao nos atenderam bem, que nos abandonaram na mesa esquecidos, que nao conseguimos pedir sobremesa... enfim! O gerente so dizia que era porque era passagem d'ano e estavam com muito trabalho e acabou por virar costassem tentar de alguma forma resolver a situacao ou fazer qualquer atencao. O que é que interessa ser noite de passagem d'ano, isso é desculpa para o quê?!!! Se nao têm cozinha, staf suficiente não tenham um espaco tao grande e nao façam entao noites de passagem d'ano! Aliás, vi os funcionarios a levarem comida pela estrada para o espaco do outro lado da rua. Estava a chover e nem protegeram os pratos, ou seja as pessoas estavam a comer comida que apanhou chuva... enfim!! Nao recomendo, foi uma tremenda desilusão!! Pessimo!! Nunca...

I had the most horrible food experience in Portugal. After waiting over an hour, we were served a plate of calamari that tasted like it had been prepared days in advance. To make things worse, the codfish was completely undercooked and inedible, buried under a pile of store-bought potato chips. On top of that, everything was ridiculously overpriced for such poor quality. The staff didn’t speak a word of English, making communication even more frustrating. An absolute disappointment from start to finish. Avoid this...
