Com 1 semana de antecedência, reservamos mesa para comemorar uma data importante da minha família. Éramos 10! No dia marcado tivemos a atenção de ligar para o restaurante e confirmar a presença da minha família. Chegamos na hora marcada, em ponto! Sentados à mesa, fomos atendidos por atendentes de mesa muito mal treinados. APÓS pedirmos os pratos, depois das entradas, fomos informados de uma forma muito “natural” pelo atendente de mesa que nossos pedidos levariam 1 hora para chegarem à mesa! 1 HORA!!!! Estávamos com 4 crianças. Chamamos o dono do restaurante que abordou-nos à mesa a dizer: - Digam logo, porque tenho pressa!!! Inacreditável! Pedimos o “favor” a ele que agilizasse ao menos os pratos (pizzas) das crianças e ele então disse-nos que “ia ver o que podia fazer”. De fato as pizzas das crianças chegaram 20 min depois de termos com o dono e nós adultos estivemos a esperar por mais 1 hora e 20min os pratos que nunca mais chegavam (basicamente penne a carbonara). Chamamos o atendente de mesa e reclamamos e que escutamos o seguinte: - Se não quiserem vir mais, não venham!!! Essa foi a gota d’água que faltava e então levantamo-nos todos e fomos ter novamente com o dono do restaurante que disse-nos tudo, menos um pedido de desculpas ou alguma tentariva de contornar a situação. Neste mesmo momento, por coincidência, um atendente de mesa por trá de nós colocava nossos pratos à mesa, mas conforme disse, já não havia mais ninguém sentado. Gostava de saber se o dono desta casa e seus funcionários gostam de ser tratados dessa forma quando estão como clientes e querem apenas desfrutar de uma refeição em família. Lá eu e minha família não pomos mais os pés e não recomendamos. Lembrando que fomos clientes assíduos de 1 ou 2 vezes por semana neste restaurante durante os últimos anos. Atendimento terrível! Péssimo preparo do dono e seus colaborares.

1 week in advance, we booked a table to celebrate an important date for my family. We were 10! On the scheduled day we had the attention to call the restaurant and confirm the presence of my family. We arrived at the appointed time, on time! Sitting at the table, we were served by very poorly trained table attendants. AFTER ordering the dishes, after the starters, we were informed in a very "natural" way by the waiter that our orders would take 1 hour to reach the table! 1 HOUR!!!! We were with 4 children. We called the owner of the restaurant who approached us at the table saying: - Say it soon, because I'm in a hurry!!! Unbelievable! We asked him for the "favor" to at least speed up the children's dishes (pizzas) and he then told us that "he would see what he could do". In fact, the children's pizzas arrived 20 minutes after we had the owner and we adults were waiting for another 1 hour and 20 minutes for the dishes that never arrived again (basically penne a carbonara). We called the desk attendant and complained and heard the following: - If you don't want to come anymore, don't come!!! That was the straw that was missing and then we all got up and went back to the restaurant owner who told us everything, except an apology or some attempt to get around the situation. At this very moment, by coincidence, a table attendant behind us put our plates on the table, but as I said, there was no one else sitting. I would like to know if the owner of this house and its employees like to be treated this way when they are as customers and just want to enjoy a family meal. My family and I don't set foot there anymore and we don't recommend it. Remembering that we were regular customers 1 or 2 times a week in this restaurant during the last few years. Terrible service! After reading the reviews my expectations were high. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was not so spectacular as writing by others but this is my opinion and we have different tastes and level of quality in each of our minds. So my two cents.

The Burrata and Shrimp dishes were very nice. The Pasta seafood dish was of balance as real seafood was mixed with fake which threw off the flavours. The Pizza was good but the sauce tasted as if it was from a can. The Carbonara was good but dis lack some flavour (could have used...

I was walking near this restaurant and the menu outside got my eye. It was a great decision to go in and try, even though I was hungry and at that point anything is good enough 😅 But, it wasn't just hungry, the carbonara was absolutely great, it was the right amount, tasty, creamy, delicious!
