Food was ok, service was one of the worst I have ever had.
Simply because I am a younger person (24yo) the waiters decided that me and my friend (21yo) were not intitled to the same level of service the other tables were having. Different things happened during this meal... 1.The QR code did not show the full menu, to which the waiter answered: - “that's not my problem, what do you want to eat? – To which we could not answer. “There is a menu outside check that one.” When we decided what to order, the same waiter answered we don't have any of those things, just the "dishes of the day" - while different tables around us were able to ask for different things. My friend asked for a salad, they brought the wrong one after clarifying what we had ordered over 3 multiple times. I had to ask for a bottle of water again over 3 times, only for it to arrive once I had already finished eating. Same thing with the check, I had to get up to pay after requesting to do it 4 times. The answer I got was that our waiter had gone to eat, and that it was not their fault. I ordered a normal stake, and they brought me their finest cut. I ate it thinking that the stake was good, assuming that it was what I ordered... Once the check came in, they were asking me to pay for their finest cut, ~10€ more expansive than the regular one. When I politely asked the waiter to review the check because that was not what I ordered, he decided to start an unnecessary and passive-aggressive discussion towards me, arguing that even though that was not what I ordered, I ate it, and so I was forced to pay it. The previously mentioned discussion ended with the waiter saying he would take the stake out of the bill, because the problem there was not the stake (insinuating that I, the client that was only politely requesting to pay for what he had ordered, was the problem in this situation). He came back with the bill charging for another completely different stake.
Now, I might be young, but I have worked in busier restaurants, with approximately the same target group, and I understand how hard it is to offer proper service. But to insult the client, and to treat the client with such disrespect and indifference is something that I had never seen before. Read moreHad dinner yesterday. While the service person was excellent ,the staff was polite and attentive the overall experience was underwhelming. The marketing is very cleverly done creating high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the hype.
The food portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the extremely high prices. It felt more like fine-dining pricing without the fine-dining quality or quantity. One major letdown was the coffee being served in a chipped cup,which not only looked unprofessional but also raises concerns about hygiene.
The washroom was also quite dirty and leakage of water which added to the disappointment. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any dining experience, and this aspect really needs attention.
It feels like too much effort has gone into branding and presentation, but basic aspects like value for money, cleanliness, and customer experience have been overlooked. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving these areas instead of relying solely on marketing to draw...

My Australia friend chose this restaurant as he had dined her alone & recommended the lamb chops which he enjoyed previously. The menu had pictures & the lamb was accompanied by mint sauce,salad & french fries . When it arrived it was a plate of crisps with 2x 3cm + 1x 2cm small pieces of Lamb , that was it . I challenged the staff so after 3 min the mint sauce arrived ,followed by the salad 5 min & finally the "1" bowl of French fries 10 min later . The waiter simply said the chef was new . The same member of staff had served my friend a few days earlier the Lamb "chops" with all the correct accompaniments. TOTAL LACK OF CARE & INTEREST SHOWN .
