Don't get me wrong, the coffee is good - but the atmosphere and service needs improvement. First of all I'd like to mention that the food (especially the cakes) is quite expensive. The interior is confusing with too many different materials and styles, which makes it seem cold and unfinished. The service was ok but at times a bit rude. For example we changed tables and they seemed noticeably annoyed with us, at some point the menu got ripped out of my friends hands as he was bending it a bit (There is a more friendly way of dealing with situations like this).
