First time visiting this place today, after the missus found them online. First thing to mention is the service. Just so friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The menu is a great mix of familiar dishes and surprises. The frogs' legs, foie gras and beef Wellington (to share) were all excellent. As were the crepe suzette and the delightfully rich chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and cognac. The wine list is compact, but everything on there earns its place. No bad bottles on the list. Plus the cocktails are super. We had the cocktail of the day (or week, maybe?), which was a lychee martini and it was excellent.
Decor is also fabulous. Lots of original art on the walls and disco balls in the toilet cubicles. Just fabulous. We'll be back...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked in, Jorge and André were courteous and made me feel like we had been friends for years. The ambiance was one of an upscale restaurant but with a relaxed and welcoming vibe.
Although they had close friends visiting them, they made sure to make me feel at home which is the entire purpose of Zozo, to make you feel at home while eating the BEST food in Cascais.
I never leave reviews for restaurants but I’m glad that Zozo is my first because it is truly an unforgettable place to be. Do not leave Cascais without visiting this gem or you will be doing yourself...
