A remarkable restaurant in Coimbra, and I cannot praise it highly enough. This gem of a place has left such an indelible impression on me that I found myself returning three times within just ten days!

First and foremost, the food is nothing short of perfect. Each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and meticulously prepared. Found this little gem at exit/entrance of the Botanical Gardens after visiting the Coimbra University. We had a group of 9, including a couple folks with food restrictions and they were happy to accommodate. We were there for lunch and they had a table d’hote that was very well priced. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed the meal and had compliments for the chef.

We found this delightful cozy restaurant on google maps and had the best experience here. From the start the ambience was warm and inviting, the owner was charming and understanding of our minimal Portuguese, and he gave us a table despite no booking. We chose to share the linguine shrimp and a tomato & fresh mozzarella salad, accompanied by a white and a red wine.
