Burger King Coimbra Centro — Restaurant in Coimbra

Came here because they have a window to the street to order and my mask broke in a café moments before. The lady on the window would not serve me, because i'm not a delivery guy. Could not go in, cus no mask. I explained my situation and asked for a mask, would gladly pay for it. She told me to wait 1 minute, in the heavy rain, while she talked with whoever. Kept waiting in the heavy rain for 5 minutes, was enough. Am not only hungry, but extremely wet as a bonus. Thanks burger king, was 100% worth it. Recommend if you want problems instead...

Food is mediocre at best but that’s to be expected from fast food. This location however has the slowest service I’ve ever seen, waited nearly 30 min for just a whopper and missed my train in the process. I could understand if there was a bunch of customers but it was empty when I arrived. If your planning on eating here make sure you have at least an hour to wait for a simple burger, and this is not the first slow experience...

Not that expensive, very quick to get there by foot or car. The staff is okay, they take not too much time delivering what you want. The food is very good, it's hot and the beverage are at least better than McDonald's. The menu is the same as every other burger King I guess.
