Talho Burger — Restaurant in Faro

Amazing storefront design and interior and nice English speaking staff. The burger also tasted okay, summer flavor with guacamole and jalapeño wasn't as spicy as I was rightfully expecting it to be. The fries were way too oily though and the salad was just bland and poor. But my biggest issue lies with the burger - the bun was cold and didn't seem very fresh and although the taste of the meat was good, on every bite I had to spit out one or two unchewable bits of something that has no right to be in a restaurant made burger. Much less in a burger oriented restaurant. Why is it so hard for some establishments to just grind quality meat while others have perfect burgers is just beyond my understanding. At least there is free Heinz ketchup on the table to soothe your pain!

This burger place lookes nice from the outside and the interior is quite cozy and cool furnished. We didn't have any problem with the staff, the cashier lady spoke English and acted nicely, and we got our ordered meal quickly. The burger itself was a bit of a disappointment though. The meat was tasty and hot but the rest of the ingredients was kind of cold, even the bread - almost like if they just grabbed it from a fridge. French fries were too oily and weren't even crunchy. Salad with yogurt tasted weird, kind of sour, there must have been a mayonnaise in it as well I suppose. Even though my first bites tasted good, it was most probably due to hunger I had. I can't call it a good experience here and wouldn't go there...

5 stars burguers and 0 stars professionalism. I came to this location having the hope everything would be better than the Marshopping Mall location, but I was wrong. This was the worst experience I had ever in a Talho Burger. They got confused several times with my meal and they made me wait more than 30 minutes. We got two tickets for a movie and we didn't make it on time so we didn't watch the movie. We are dissapointed with the contrast between the food and the workers. The only ones who do their job properly are the ones on the kitchen, the other ones...
