Decent enough food, fries were stale. The table outside was really dirty. The server said she wasn't allowed to clean it because it was the malls not kfcs tables. Second visit. Everything had improved. Wings and fries were crispy and fresh. I could suggest more umbrellas for the tables outside. I know this is the mall's responsibility but KFC should push their landlord to fix this. There's only a few shades spots to sit and people jockey to get a seat there. This spot is not be the best choice even if your craving for junk food. The chicken in my sandwich wasn't piping hot (possibly reheated), the bread was not fresh and the amount of salt was unbearable. Furthermore, the ordering system is confusing, and the menu upgrades felt pricey and exploitative.
