Picanha Sal E Brasa — Restaurant in Guimarães

I went there with my family for dinner. We asked if there was any other option besides the rodízio, which I found rather overpriced at 18.50 EUR per person and we were not so hungry as to enjoy it anyway. They said they had a full menu à la carte, so we ordered. They took the order, brought the entries, then the owner comes and rudely tells us that everything we ordered was only available for lunch, and for dinner we either take the rodízio or choose among (literally!) TWO options that we disliked. We just paid the entries and left, but wouldn't return there...

Almost left the place with the owners attitude!... In my own restaurant the clients are satisfied, trully satisfied and always come back!... After reading the reviews I can understand that some 5 stars ratings are from friends or fake reviews. The owners shall learn better how to be friendly with the clients. Frozen fried chips ? are you kidding? In a country like Portugal? Thee meet was good, the rest was to forget... and never...

Para se pagar 70€ por 2 rodízios e ser servido os acompanhamentos numa tigela deixa muito a desejar … O senhor tava mais preocupado a ir de mesa em mesa perguntar se sabíamos que era 30€ por pessoa do que em cativar o cliente , acho que não é necessário ir perguntar a todos os clientes o mesmo parece que tava com medo que não tínhamos dinheiro para pagar a conta a nível de comida não tem muito o que se dizer a carne é boa mas não justifica o preço nunca na vida , batata pre congelada é o feijão parecia aquecido … o que não é normal é a forma como os funcionários e proprietários são mal educados e não tem forma de falar com os clientes, e até mesmo entre si , muito conflituosos , ao ponto de um proprietário dizer para um senhor que se sentou numa mesa “ alguém o mandou sentar aí , pode sair que está ocupada “ Ou eu não tenho a vossa idade para vos aturar … Vou sentar os clientes onde … Deixam muito a desejar no atendimento e pecam por isso Sinceramente uma má experiência , não foi de todo um jantar agradável … Para não falar que em momento algum vieram perguntar se tava tudo bem se queríamos sobremesas ou café acabamos por ir embora por nos pôr a pé sem qualquer...
