It wasn't easy to find a relatively cheap restaurant in Guimarães, but we stumbled upon this one and I'm glad we did. It has very accessible prices, there are options for 11€, serves very generously and is still cosy and elegant at the same time. Loved how squid was prepared, it tends to get dry, but here it was very tender. Too bad they don't offer any vegetarian options, hope to see it next time. What I liked the most is an interior, simple, but small rooms make it much cosier, and, of course, the service was impeccable. We had an amazing experience at this authentic Portuguese restaurant. Everything we ordered was excellent — the squid dish with vegetables was perfectly cooked, and the monkfish and shrimp rice bowl was rich and flavorful.
