Como habitual o atendimento que já se conhece tentam ser profissionais, mas ainda têm algumas falhas na entrega dos pedidos. Deveriam ser um pouco mais rápidos no Macdrive. Mais atenção nos pedidos dos clientes e Macdonalds é sinónimo de rapidez, eficiência e ketchup!!! Que muitas vezes não vêm! Maggiore attenzione agli ordini dei clienti e Macdonalds è sinonimo di velocità, efficienza e ketchup!!! Che spesso non arrivano! Enemmän huomiota asiakkaiden tilauksiin ja Macdonalds on synonyymi nopeudelle, tehokkuudelle ja ketsuppille!!! Joita ei useinkaan tule! Ils devraient être un peu plus rapides sur Macdrive. Plus d'attention aux commandes des clients et des Macdonalds est synonyme de rapidité, d'efficacité et de ketchup !!! Qui souvent ne viennent pas ! Zoals gewoonlijk probeert de service die we al kennen professioneel te zijn, maar er zijn nog steeds enkele fouten bij het leveren van bestellingen. Op Macdrive zouden ze iets sneller moeten zijn. Meer aandacht voor klantbestellingen en Macdonalds staat synoniem voor snelheid, efficiëntie en ketchup!!! Die vaak niet komen! Shocking. Literally mind numbingly bad. We turned up at 9:50pm, to be told we had to use the drive-thru which had a queue of about 10 cars. The queue took an hour to get to the ordering window and around 1 hour 20 mins before we actually got our food.

We actually ordered and when we got to the payment window, the guy had no record of our order and so we had to order again.

The fries were the worst I’ve ever had in any McDonald’s from anywhere in the world. I eat a few and then binned them. They were just plain stale.

The only positive was the Gluten free double cheeseburger was amazing. But perhaps only because I’ve been unable to eat gluten for 3 years and this is the first McDonald’s I’ve visited that offered gluten free. Though they did forget the onions.

As McDonald's "restaurants" go, this one was perfect. It has been around a year since we've been to one. I don't recall if it was back home (in the US) or in some other country. Regardless, our visit to this one during COVID was perfect. They are a perfect example of how a restaurant should work during this period: everything wiped-down as soon as a customer is done, everyone masked-up, available outside seating, separated by plexiglass, available indoor seating separated by plexiglass, foot-operated hand sanitizer on your way in and out, one-way travel, and even table delivery of your order. Very polite, English speaking staff. And very kind. I'd go there again once I miss a taste of home again! Otherwise, I love Portuguese food (and people), so don't expect to see me there...
