Service was great, but I should've taken not seeing any Japanese staff as a sign. The tonkatsu ramen was the worst I've had, honestly. It looked great when they brought it to the table, but the broth tasted no better than boiled water, and the flat, white noodles had no flavor and were not ramen noodles at all. The rest of the toppings weren't any better. The pork baos were okay. It was hard to finish the ramen, but thankfully they brought enough soy sauce and vinegar for me to dump on it that I was mostly able to.
