EN: The restaurant is located in the city center, facing the river. It opened a couple of weeks ago, perfect for fall, and I was looking forward to it since I love ramen. I admire the attention to detail of this place, the welcome at the entrance, the seats are extremely comfortable, the design of the place reminds me of a pond: with the natural color of the wood, some details in aquamarine, blown glass and plant decorations that resemble lilies. The bathroom is spacious and smart. Chopsticks and spoons are reusable, menu is available in english and the staff is also bilingual. They greeted us with a big smile, they were always attentive to our service, even the kitchen staff came by to say goodbye and thank us for the visit. We ordered the plum juice and the lychee lemonade, both were perfect in freshness and sweetness. The edamame are served cold, quite tender and tasty. The pork gyozas have a nice hint of ginger and the shrimp ones look very cute with the tails showing off. The sauces and ramen are not extremely spicy for those of us who always eat this type of food, maybe in the future they could have other sauces available if the clientele asks for it. The pictures of the ramen are nice, but when eating them they exceed expectations, the noodles are perfect and the broth shines with the natural flashes of light from a good product; the meat is soft and the portions are generous. I definitely recommend them, I love the variety of drinks, they invite me to visit them again and try something different every time.
Read moreThis one went straight to my top 3 Ramen places. And I have eaten ramen in a lot of places.
The noodles are made by them and are super delicious, cooked to the perfect point.
The ramen soup is delicious, I like it spicy so it's level 3 for me, and I think that it's super acceptable, could even be a tiny bit more spicy. But I'm not a good example.
You know what is a good example? Their BAO!! Super tasty, and well done, and you have quite a few options. Just like with the ramen you can choose your favourite.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place if you want a great Ramen!
Will go...
