A Padaria Portuguesa — Restaurant in Lisbon

Went there for lunch time. The food was mostly okay - mediocre flavour, pao de deus was very good, the cinnamon bun was soo stale and definitely not fresh. But the worst thing was the service: there was no information about the ingredients of the sandwiches, and when I asked a waitress with black hair and braids about it se looked at me as if I had asked the most annoying thing, LIKE WHAT??! What if I had an allergy or something? Plus her answers were like “this tuna” “this egg” even if they had soo many more ingredients. Super annoying and incompetent. Again, this would be a big issue for people with allergies or intolerances. All in all, the service was mediocre at best. I don’t understand why in Lisbon it seems so hard for many waiters to smile to clients when taking orders and providing minimal...

A note to travelers who may visit this coffeeshop, this is a high crime area of town and the staff here are unwilling to help even if a crime occurs. My wife's backpack was stolen while we were at the coffeeshop, and the staff refused to do anything for us. There is a train station directly across the street, so criminals use this location because it is easy to grab someone's valuables, run across the street and escape. Keep your bags and valuables on you at all times, because there will often be 2-3 people working together to steal from you. One will be sitting or standing nearby watching you, and will notify the thief when there is an opportunity.

Na minha opinião, os colaboradores podiam ser um mais simpáticos, fui atendida por uma menina morena que mais parecia estar a fazer um grande esforço com um ar de quem nao queria estar ali, perguntei se faziam torradas em pão de forma ao qual me respondeu fazemos em pão de mistura, tendo em consideração que pão de forma por norma é de mistura fiquei sem perceber se teria ou não, voltei a perguntar se era de forma , a senhora deu um suspiro e foi ao outro lado do balcão para me mostrar a fatia do pão como se eu fosse ignorante, o que é facto é que nao tem pão de forma, tendo em consideração que trabalha numa padaria devia de ter formação sobre os pães que tem disponíveis para venda ao público. Junto ao pedido pedi um copo de leite para o meu filho de 4 anos, quando me entregou o corpo estava lascado e pedi que trocasse pois o menino podia se cortar, mais uma vez uma má cara e o suspiro de frete, nem a boca abriu, eu é que disse peço desculpa por estar a pedir para trocar o copo que esta partido.
