I believe this is the first time I make a negative review but there is always a first time and apologies if the message is long but I want to give full context. I know this restaurant since 2006 and maybe even before, I used to go every 2-3 months, is not a cheap one but it was fairly priced considering the very good food quality. They have changed location a couple of months ago, few hundred meters from the old one but the look of the place now is very high standard and prices have gone up accordingly, fine. What shocked me tonight is the price of an Aperol Spritz (in fact it was a Campari but made me the same price of the Aperol as it was not on the list):17 euros, I believe the most expensive Aperol Spritz in Lisbon, very probably in Portugal and quite surely in Europe. For sure the most expensive I’ve ever taken in my all life. The Director told me they will analyse the market and make adjustments (they should have done this before, in my opinion) anyway let’s see. For the time being the fact is that I’ve paid this basic cocktail 17 euros. My advice regarding prices in this place (because food is indeed very good) is to double check the cost of anything you want to put in your mouth before ordering so that you will not have any bad surprise receiving the bill. The restaurant's atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations and answer any questions you may have. The menu features an extensive selection of seafood dishes, including their famous seafood rice and shellfish.
While the food at Nunes Real Marisqueira is undoubtedly delicious, it should be noted that some dishes can be on the pricey side. Overall, Nunes Real Marisqueira is a top-notch seafood restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Just be aware that some dishes may be on the pricier side, such as the grilled shrimp, but the quality of the food makes...

The seafood is amazing, can't get much fresher or tastier or more variety and the cooking was expert.
This was not cheap however. Two of us paid 180 euro and were still hungry.
Our server was lovely and super helpful, showing us the various tanks of seafood and explaining how it would be cooked and gave us some great recommendations. However she did make 2 errors in our order which spoiled the overall enjoyment of the meal. I ordered a clam dish and our server said that extra bread would be great to mop up the sauce with. Unfortunately the bread did not arrive until the clams were almost finished. We then ordered 2 varieties of giant prawns and some chips to go with them. Unfortunately the chips never arrived. We were not charged for them but it was a shame not to have them with our prawns. Kinda made the meal a bit odd.
The food we did have which included oysters, Murex clams and prawns was fabulous, some of the best I have ever had.
Would highly recommend as these mistakes are...
