I have to say the shisha was perfect. We made the long journey because of previous reviews and i have to say this place is nothing less than 5 star. I told Hassam how i like my shisha flavour and left the rest to him and what he gave me was truely amazing flavour. No1 for shisha not just in Lisbon, as ive tried other countries and this by far was right up there amongst the best. Hassam also showed me the flavour he used as i was eager to find out what flavours he had mixed to get the great taste. Also enjoyed the Moroccan tea. MOST IMPORTANTLY I WAS SHOCKED HOW CHEAP IT WAS. Thank you guys made our Lisbon trip even more great.

Chill vibes, polite and friendly staff, great shisha and tea. It is also clean and masks are worn by staff, when up and moving around, and social distancing. I enjoyed combining flavors - Mint and some fruit. The Pakistani tea was soothing and complemented well with the shisha. The place gets busy after 10p. The pricing was affordable and worth the value. I went at least three times in my week long stay in Lisbon. I would definitely go back.

The Ritz-Carlton of Shisha. Exceptional service, very attentive servers and great atmosphere. Fantastic shisha and very clean and perfectly functioning hookahs. The servers changes the coal very often and adjusted the shisha head for a perfect smoke. Couldn’t be happier. Music was not too loud and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I visited this shisha bar three times during my 10-day stay in Lisbon, and each time, I was reminded why I kept coming back. The three gentlemen who run the place provide exceptional service, treating every guest with kindness, respect, and genuine attentiveness, regardless of where they’re from. This spot naturally attracts people from all over the world, and it’s easy to see why—the energy here is welcoming, warm, and inviting.

Beyond the atmosphere, the quality of the shisha is unmatched. It’s the best I’ve ever had, smooth and flavorful, and at a very reasonable price. Clearly Varun (the owner), operates with passion, integrity, and a strong work ethic, and it reflects in every aspect of the bar. He’s doing an amazing job, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier shisha...

We came all the way uphill and the location was closed at 3pm, we waited 10 minutes, nobody was there nor responding the door bell. Pretty disappointing. Please update your opening hours. Absolutely disappointing. Update: If your opening will take 15 minutes to prepare, perhaps either you should be there 15 minutes earlier to prepare and open ontime or change your opening hours, perhaps to 3.30pm instead. Also, we followed the address on google maps, if that is wrong fixed it, otherwise, we were in the right location and took a photo of closed door.
