I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dallas Burger Joint that I feel compelled to share. We placed a takeout order, and the beef in my wife's meal was severely undercooked—so much so that it was unsafe for human consumption. Unfortunately, this led to her suffering from food poisoning shortly after we ate.

When I returned to the restaurant to address this serious issue, I was shocked by the response from the staff. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a refund, they only offered us more food as a way to make up for the inconvenience, which was incredibly frustrating and inadequate given the situation. The lack of concern for our health and safety was alarming.

Proper food handling and preparation are basic expectations, and this experience has left us questioning the overall standards at Dallas. I strongly urge others to be cautious if they consider ordering from this establishment.

On my vacation trip to Lisbon, I was told about this shop on recommendation. When I entered the shop, I received a very friendly welcome. The service from each member of staff was very polite and attentive. I then ordered my first burger, the Truffle Mushroom. When I took the first bite of this burger, I knew immediately that it was one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten. It was an absolute explosion of flavor. The meat was cooked medium on point and the burger was super tasty, so I decided to order another burger, the Dallas Classic Cheeseburger. Again, I was not disappointed.
