The exact definition of average and overrated. If you want to take pictures of food then maybe it's the place for you but eating and sitting down then bring a bucket for the barf. Almost unbearable experience 15m waiting time service was slow and non-responsive and didn't even grin. When we finally sat down the prices was (unlike almost anything here) decent. Although the atmosphere and seating was miserable hot and so many flies add an AC and fly killer. I had a red berry which was ok but the taste was bland and the green avocado was decent but I would say the coffee was alright (caffe latte). They made a mistake with the Royal Benedict we very clearly said two times 'Royal' Benedict they gave us a normal Benedict and the woman came and said "No you said Benedict" to give the benefit of the doubt on the menu it had two items Benedict and Royal (not written Benedict) so she heard the Benedict but I haven't seen this direct and rude approach to a costumer almost attacking them, and not to mention the taste was extremely average nothing special. I also had the omelette which was some how some way good. And the Savory Pancakes which was all looks, the ratio of bacon to pancakes was off way to much ghee or butter and it was way too heavy. And lastly I had the banana bread which I usually love almost anywhere and any type but it was burnt and too plain and the taste of banana didn't come through it tasted frankly like white bread and some maple syrup but on it. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Way better food. Way better prices. Way better seating. Almost anywhere...
Read moreThe experience was disorganized and underwhelming.
Orders arrived at different times. The dessert was brought out before the main course, the coffees came spilt, the main was late with a noticeable delay of about 10 minutes. It later became clear that part of the order had been forgotten. Staff did not check in, despite visible signs that we were waiting and not eating.
By the time the correct meal was remade, the other dish had gone cold. Staff reheated it and brought both meals again, but the process lacked coordination. The hollandaise was overly lemony, lacking the smooth, buttery balance expected—more sour egg sauce than proper hollandaise.
The price does not reflect the product or service. A cappuccino at €4 is overpriced given the basic taste. Brioche was dry even with sauce. Sides were minimal and uninspired: a few potatoes and cabbage with chopped onion. Better to skip them than present something half-hearted.
The interior is nicely designed—spacious, clean, and inviting. It gives the feel of a cozy brunch spot, front poses as a cafe with a takeaway window, making the front busy and the inside calm,
The cinnamon bun dessert was cold and dry inside, overloaded with frosting in an attempt to compensate. It lacked the warmth and softness of a proper morning pastry.
Overall, the pricing is excessive for the quality received. The service felt inattentive and poorly organized. As it stands, this is not a place I’d return to or recommend. The impression is of a one-time customer cash-in rather than a venue focused on consistent quality.

Read moreHad breakfast here with my family this morning. Didn't think to make a reservation for a breakfast spot. It would be wise to get one here. Our Uber dropped us right in front and there was already a line. No one in line had a reservation so we weren't the only ones, but it's best if you want to get in right away to have one. The decor is white, clean, with a very quaint ambience. We weren't packed in like sardines, but the place was full with a little less than adequate walking room. The full windows that open to the cobblestone street outside was quite welcome since the weather was sunny and gorgeous! I had the sweet pancakes with caramel syrup and sliced bananas topped with pecans. Super yummy! My husband had the omelette - stuffed with ham, bacon, cheese, and mushrooms (a protein delight) with a side of sourdough toast. My daughter had the parfait which was beautifully arranged with fresh yogurt, berries and granola. She also had a side of sourdough toast which came with butter and apricot and strawberry jams. Her coconut water had fresh slices of coconut and she was even able to request a slice of fresh ginger for her water. Very refreshing! The beautifully decorated cappuccinos were a wonderful finish to a delicious breakfast. While I cannot remember the name of the dark curly-haired gentleman who seated us, he was worth the visit himself!! He was kind, funny (actually hilarious) and kept us entertained while we waited. Marvelous guy and a credit to this little...
