I had the absolute misfortune of dining here, and I can confidently say it’s the worst Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. If the owner spent half as much time learning how to run a restaurant as he does making excuses for the disaster that is his menu, maybe this place wouldn’t be a complete joke.
First off, the food. Calling this “Italian” is an insult to Italy. The pasta was overcooked, bland, and tasted like it came out of a can. I’ve had better spaghetti at a gas station. As for the pizza? A soggy, flavorless mess with the texture of cardboard. How do you ruin pizza? Ask the clueless owner—he’s clearly mastered it.
Speaking of the owner, I’ve never met someone so rude and arrogant. When I politely mentioned the food was subpar (believe me, I was being kind), he acted like I was the problem, not the disaster on my plate. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he just smirked and told me I didn’t know anything about real Italian food. Newsflash: I’ve been to Italy. This isn’t even close!
The decor is as depressing as the food. It feels like they raided a dollar store and slapped random junk on the walls. The entire vibe is chaotic, tacky, and uncomfortable—just like the service.
Save yourself the time, money, and dignity—avoid this place...
Read moreI recently had the misfortune of dining here, and it was an experience I’d rather forget. From the moment I walked in, I could tell things were going downhill. The atmosphere was oddly tense, with the staff looking more annoyed than welcoming. It took forever for someone to acknowledge me, and even longer to actually be seated, despite the restaurant being half-empty.
To top it off, the prices were outrageous for the quality, or lack thereof, that we received. I’m all for paying for a good meal, but this was robbery. Even when we voiced our concerns to the waiter, we were met with a dismissive shrug and no attempt to rectify the situation.
Overall, I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Save yourself the disappointment (and money) and eat literally...
Read moreBoth the bruschetta and pizza were very average. However, the raviolis were salty, undercooked and, at the same time, soggy. We ordered a bottle of red wine and after tasting it we informed the waiter that it was too hot. He shrugged his shoulders, served the wine anyway and left the table.
All these new hype places are so concerned about the aesthetic of the space and the plants and the different chairs and the LEDS in the bathroom etc that they forget about the basics of providing a good service, starting with the staff. No charisma, no posture, checking his phone with his arched back at the restaurant door, approaching people’s table and sticking his arm between people that are talking to take the plates without saying “excuse me”. We won’t be...
