I came to your restaurant for the first time today, only 2 tables were occupied. The waiter did not meet me, did not say hello, after 15 minutes of my wait he brought me a menu and silently handed it to me. There were no questions about the food, it was prepared very quickly, tasty and beautifully served. The second contact with the waiter was also very unpleasant, he brought the wrong change, when I commented that there was a mistake here, he did not apologize, he simply silently recounted and gave me the change in full. If I still had thoughts of leaving a tip, then after the second contact this desire completely disappeared. The waiter is responsible for the atmosphere and mood in the restaurant, I recommend paying attention to this. A Big Disappointment – Never Again

We were really disappointed with our visit. It took a very long time for anyone to take our order, even though three staff members were standing behind the counter looking bored. When we finally asked if someone could take our order, they had a brief discussion among themselves about who should serve us.

Then, the wrong appetizer was brought to our table. On top of that, one of the main dishes was completely forgotten. We were a group of three, but only two meals were served — the third person was left waiting with nothing.

The food itself tasted very artificial and far from fresh. To make matters worse, when the bill came, we were charged for items we never ordered.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not...

HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE WAITERS, BELOW AVERAGE TASTE. SOOOO BAD I REGRET THE TIME AND MONEY.

And above all i’m not allowed to take away the water bottle that I PAID FOORRRR 😂 when i said I PAY FOR IT the replied in their language unbothered and irrespective to the mean of the communication; that the glass bottles aren’t allowed to be taken on the go, regardless how unfair and absurdly sarcastic the response is. i went along and asked for a plastic cup to pour the rest of the bottle but guess what? They don’t have one… i mean this is rated as a decent place for a joke or an April fool am positive because no way this place...
