It is a local place, clearly geared for the locals residents, but also (and actually mostly) for the nearby university students from Católica Lisbon.
As it is made for students, the food and drinks are of pretty good quality while maintaining and incredibly low price which is paramoumt for the maintaining of the customer base it has.
Incredibly friendly staff, versed in more than enough english to handle foreigners and keep things smooth.
You can pay by cash or card, which is unusual for this type of local establishment.
