Very poor service from this company. After a consultation at Faro hospital the doctor gave me a prescription which he said was only available from Aguiar Pharmacy, I emailed them the prescription, they asked for immediate payment and once received they would send the drugs. I transferred the money to their account and they came back saying the drugs were out of stock but would be delivered to me once they received stock. After a couple of weeks they emailed to say they had forwarded to me via carrier and I would receive delivery the following day, it did not arrive so I emailed them to ask what was happening, they did not respond. I had still not received the delivery 2 days later so I emailed them again and they did not respond AGAIN, so 2 emails and they did not have the courtesy to reply. I decided to phone them yesterday, they said the delivery company had said last week there was a problem with my address so 1) why did they not sort out the address problem as they had my correct address ? 2) why didn't they respond to my emails ? They said they would now phone them to give them my correct address, it took my phone call to make them sort the matter. If I had not phoned I would probably still be waiting and my drugs would still be in the carriers warehouse. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NOT USE THIS...

I have been ordering a hair lotion based on the doctors prescription for a year. Because they were out of the ingredients, they had to replace it with something else. I had no problem until the last order I've received at the beginning of October.
They have first prepared the wrong lotion and they said that they will prepare the right one when I refused to pick up the wrong one.
I feel that the very last lotion they have prepared for my hair was not a good combination and this is done on purpose to punish me for not picking up the wrong lotion they prepared prior.
My Doctors feedback was "It is not professional but can happen"
So I believe that they have used an ingredient that makes my head very sensitive and makes me lose hair.

Ao tentar adquirir um medicamento para hipertensão, que já havia comprado diversas vezes sem necessidade de receita médica, fui surpreendido com a recusa da venda sob a justificativa de “exigências legais”. Posteriormente, ao retornar acompanhado de um familiar, os funcionários mantiveram a mesma postura inflexível, demonstrando um tratamento claramente diferenciado e pouco profissional. É importante destacar que em outras farmácias não encontrei qualquer dificuldade para adquirir o mesmo medicamento. A falta de consistência nas práticas adotadas e o atendimento desrespeitoso comprometeram a minha confiança neste estabelecimento. Por isso, não recomendo.
