Poke House - Infante Santo — Restaurant in Lisbon

Food is great but it is absolutely astonishing how regularly u mess up orders. It’s some of the most simplest food to order and delivery is almost never correct or complete. Today I literally ordered 3 items and u missed sending one. I really don’t understand how this can be messed up sooooo many times. Never seen this at any other restaurant on this planet. Ridiculous service sorry. Pls just read what’s in the order and put those things in a bag.

One time we even walked to the restaurant because the poke bowls were missing ALL sauces and the lady at the counter just said „yes yes we make a lot of mistakes“. One or two times ok but on a regular basis. You’re not a Michelin star restaurant come on. Feels like so...

Terrible staff service. I ordered 2 poke bowls and one Mochi, a purchase of 23€ and the staff manage to just pack one bowl of 9€. We politely called them multiple times to try and get them to please send the correct order that we paid for, but they refused. :/ their staff made the error of not putting the correct order in the takeaway bag, yet they wanted us to deal with all the extra costs & efforts of fixing their mistakes. The first remark (a positive one) is for the service. Enough staff to make sure there's no line while preparing the pokes. As soon as we got in we were explained the concept and the several options. The problem was the food itself. I chose a chicken poke that came with too many sauces which kind of gives you the feeling they are there to hide the real taste of the ingredients. There was sweet balsamic vinegar mixed with a orange mayo, I mean... Too much. My pair had a spicy tuna poke with was better but also too much full of sauce.
