We had an reservation via the fork at 1600. We arrived at 15.50 and at the entrance the bartender asked as to wait for the manager to check the reservation and to be seated. The manager was having a chat with some customers ( not taking orders, payments, just an informal chat) and after 5 minutes we asked again to be seated. We noticed that the manager allready knew we were waiting but didn t take any effort to help us. After 10 minutes he came by and when we asked if we could give some feedback about waiting for 10 minutes to be seated while he knew we were waiting. His serious answer was that it wasn t 1600 yet so he was justified not to help us out. After being a bit shocked by his answer and told him that this answer was the most customer unfriendly aswer I ever received in a restaurant, he started the discussion that he was right and we were wrong. I don t know who hired this guy but owner, you re losing people by this man and his attitude (saturday 20 th sept 1600). We said of course that we were going to another restaurant, never will return again and give a negative review on the web. I am surrounded by family and friends in this kind of hospitality brach, restaurant business and there is one rule above all the others: customer is king. So even if the customer is not right, he is right. A lot to learn in...

Stumbled on this tugged away restaurant by accident and it was one of the best accidents during our trip in Portugal!

The restaurant was a challenge to find as it’s located on the upper floor of a conference center (?). But the view up there was simply breathtaking…especially when you get to snatch a table by the window around sundown.

We asked our food to be seasoned with less salt, though I suppose there’s not a lot you could do with the lobster dish as it’s very creamy. Still, it didn’t detract from the taste. Everything was beautifully presented and our favourite was probably the soup and the beef dish (forgot if it was cheek or something else). The rice was a bit hard for our taste.

The servers were very friendly and kept an eye on us all throughout our meal. Very grateful for their attentiveness and, again, having been able to enjoy the view with a table facing the...

This restaurante was a nice finding! The location is in one of the best areas of Lisbon, with a magnificent view to the river. The food was great! We started with a creamy soup and some delicious croquettes, which had a good contrast of salty and sweet flavours. They were probably my favourite dish! Then we tried the octopus hotdog, which had a nice sea flavour, although we think it was lacking some acidity. Afterwards, we tried the Brás de leitão, which was great, due to a very tasteful meat. Finally, we ordered the fish fillets with tomato rice. The fillets were very crispy and perfectly cooked, and the dressing combined perfectly! The tomato rice was delicious! Regarding the service it was great. The waiters were very nice, in particular Jajá, who served us and helped us choosing our food. I totally...

É pena... ficou riscado da lista do "Must Visit!"
