I’ve been to this place when it had a different restaurant in it, the good things are still there when it comes to location and view. Read till the end, because there is important stuff described.
Parking is easy, getting there by public transport is not hard and that’s still good.
Now, as Tutto Passa, the food is quite decent though ever so slightly overpriced for what it is. Not dramatic.
The good things are actually good (Gnochi, Pizzas, etc) but the bad ones, like the “Focaccia” are surprisingly bad. It smelled like something was either too raw or spoiled, it was not what I’ve had as a focaccia in any place before. The worrying part was the service, more specifically, the scam they tried to pull on us.
We had a bill where a service charge of “5%” was added, but the actual amount was 15%! We immediately noticed it didn’t add up, so we asked for it and the reaction was of clear discomfort.
After some half-baked excuses, they justified the 5% “gratuity” item actually costing 15% because “they added it three times, once per table”.
So 84,6€ were added instead of of 28,2€.
Absurd in Portugal, and anywhere else.
This is illegal, dishonest and not how business and/or math works.
The nice and friendly waiters are clearly on a different page, they were a positive thing when comparing to the person handling the bill.
We had a group of 20-odd people and everyone was quite badly impressed with both the trick and the absurd justification.
If you’re willing to carefully verify the bill you get in the end, go ahead. Something tells me this is not the first or the last time it happens.

TLDR: Some good food, some non-recommendable focaccia and some definitely not...
Read moreIt was a great place to eat, the pizza was fantastic. The service, not so great.. but the views and the food made up for it. Our waiter had just moved from Nepal 7 months prior, and I could tell he really cared about providing great service, but maybe missed a few things due to being new. But he was great. Unfortunately when it came time to pay another girl brought the check and card reader, and I told her I wanted to pay in euro, and reject the conversion fee (as I was using a card for travel that doesn't charge foreign transaction fees) and she still pressed the "accept conversion fee" which charged me an extra 5-10%. It was a Hassel to get it squared away and the manager kept telling me that they didn't do anything wrong and to contact my bank. But I finally got her to refund me and charge me correctly and she realized that they DID in fact make a mistake. She apologized and everything was fine after that... (assuming the refund processes correctly). Overall I would recommend checking...
Read moreWill never recommend this place for group lunches/dinners. Worst experience I have ever had with the payment at the end. I don’t want to be unfair, as the vibe is nice and the waiters are polite. But when was about time to pay, they never showed us what was being discounted, so at the end there was 160€ left to pay and they didn’t know how to explain what were we paying… really really disorganised.
Also, because they never gave us the total invoice, we couldn’t even check if all the items were correct. And, sometimes we asked for drinks who didn’t come, so we couldn’t check if we were paying them…
Also the restaurant was not even crowded. Doesn’t justify the time we had to wait, and the confusion with the payment at the end.
It’s a shame because the view is really nice and it’s a great place for lunch and dinner, but...
