Wow, what a find. If you're in Lisbon and missing that bold, spicy, desi flavor — Watan Restaurant is the place you need to try. Honestly, it's a full package. They’ve got Indo-Pak, Chinese, and even some fast food that hits just right.

I went there with a couple of friends and we were all blown away. The chicken biryani was packed with flavor, not dry at all, and came with a side of raita that was actually fresh. Then we tried the butter chicken – creamy, a little spicy, super rich... honestly one of the best I’ve had in Europe so far.

The Chinese dishes? Also on point. We ordered chili chicken and noodles, and the flavors were better than a lot of Chinese places I’ve tried. And the quantity – let’s just say you won’t leave hungry.

Also didn’t expect much from the fast food section but man… the zinger burger was a total surprise. Crispy, juicy, and had just the right amount of spice. Fries were hot & fresh too.

The place itself is neat, clean, and very chill. Staff are super friendly – they actually care if you're enjoying the food. Service is fast, and they speak English too so no stress if you're not fluent in Portuguese.

Oh and everything is halal, which is a huge plus for me. If you're Muslim and looking for a good halal spot in Lisbon, this should be at the top of your list.

Prices? Very reasonable. For the quality and quantity you're getting, it’s more than worth it.
