I'm a regular customer well I was, cuzz the last time with my wife and my kids, I had the worst experience of my life. The restaurant was completely full, lots of tourists and locals , in the restaurant was a table of 6 Poeples who probably forgot going in a restaurant means to have respect for others. They where screaming like I never see in my life, the all restaurant EXCEPT the staff was ennuying by them . I expressed 2 times at 2 different guys working there , but nothing! It was horrible for my wife, my kids, my self and I complitely lost my appetite. In addition of that , the vegetarian dish my kid order came with fish !!!! Not a very good way for the tourists to enjoy the local food , cuzz in fact this place have great products. But this experience is unacceptable! What I am pointing here is the attitude of certain customers but most importantly here the absolute silence towards them from the manager of the restaurant. For sure , I will not going back...
Read moreWe waited in line for 45 minutes, only to arrive at the head of the queue and watch other guests that arrived after us be gestured to their table. When we inquired what was going on, we were basically yelled at that we “should have said something”, meaning that - aside from waiting in line - we should have put our names on a list in order to be considered for a table. I guess our 45mins spent in the queue didn’t indicate clearly enough that we were indeed there to eat and not just watch others do so. What really did it for me, though, was then finally being led to an absolutely charm- and windowless room with neon blue lighting at the far end of the restaurant (on a sunny Sunday afternoon).
Also, how this establishment has such positive culinary ratings remains a mystery to me. With the popularity of the place I expected to be wowed more at least by the food, but wasn’t. My biggest regret is not having turned back and left upon reaching that...
