The food is average at best, however the customer service is questionable.

The same person who handles the money while wearing her gloves, touched the food and prepared my sandwich which made me super uncomfortable as it’s not hygienic at all.

They also grab the shrimp and salmon with the same glove that touches the cheese!

The mozzarella in my sandwich was still very cold and didn’t melt, and the bread was not very fresh. The “fresh” orange juice tasted super weird as well.

For what you’re getting, it’s too expensive.

I had fresh orange juice and it's very very sour.I asked to exchange with some other juice or the same one without sourness, the lady said it is good and all are drinking the same that we can't exchange and asked me to add sugar.i asked even to taste yourself and tell me how it is she is not ready to listen to anything and this is not polite and good.i left the whole juice with them and felt very disappointed.

Gosto particularmente das massas do vitaminas e era um sítio que visitava regularmente, mas venho a gostar menos a cada visita. O atendimento está péssimo, colaboradores antipáticos, arrogantes, parece que estão a atender o cliente por mera obrigação, a cada visita mais desagradável. Pedi duas massas à escolha, quando me questionaram o molho, respondi que o meu sabia, mas o da minha mãe que tinha ido à casa de banho não sabia, referindo que ela escolhia quando chegasse. A colaboradora, respondeu de imediato que tinha que escolher ali, se não não podia passar para a preparação. Eu voltei a explicar o que se passava e ela simplesmente respondeu que a única solução era ficar sem molho. Respondi que podia fazer o registo da maneira que quisesse, que não era de todo um problema meu, mas que no final não iria comer uma coisa que não gostava ou sem molho só porque sim. Muito mau, depois disto o atendimento só piorou, já para não falar nas quantidades, que está cada vez mais caro e com menos ingredientes.
