⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem for Indian Cuisine!

I recently visited the Indian Hut with my family and was truly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic flavors, perfectly spiced for every taste and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted freshly made and well-balanced and my children really enjoyed the curry on the 'Kids Menu'.

The service was just as delightful. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about your experience.

To top it off, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It’s rare to find a place that hits the trifecta: tasty food, great service, and excellent value.

We enjoyed the food here, everything was was really tasty, but I do have one somewhat negative comment - in my opinion the food was not spicy (hot) enough. I had a lamb madras, and asked for it spicy "madras hot", and found it quite mild - great taste, but not hot enough for my liking - madras traditionally is a HOT curry. My wife has prawn masala, which she asked for medium hot, and again to our taste it was mild. Perhaps over the years (or decades) that I've been eating indian food the heat level has been toned down for mass consumption, but I personally miss the forehead sweat that used to be a given with an Indian curry. Would class ourselves as regular customers at this The Indian Hut but not anymore.Not very nice staff and service seemed like they did not want to be there.We always found the staff very helpful and friendly on the lots of other times we ate at this restaurant,but not on this occasion.The food was not up to the usual high standard we always got at this place.No mature staff on duty the evening we visited.We discovered they opened another restaurant a few streets away and maybe that's why the standards have dropped so low.We will not be returning to the Indian Hut again with the quality of food available in the Olhao and Faro we won't be short of top class restaurants to dine out in at...
