The filling to rice ratio is embarrassing. Cooked dishes are bad. Some sushi smelled fishy and with mushy fish. I was pulled in by the positive reviews ignoring the negative. But I struggle to find anything positive to say. The service was fast I guess. That's about it. Look at the pictures, it's supposed to be sushi with cream cheese. You'll struggle to find the cream cheese. Even in sushi with avocado the ratio of rice to filling is laughable. If you have to go here, order nigiri, it seems to have less rice there. I remember there's Nagoya in Funchal, I assume it's the same network because they share some of the design materials but Nagoya in Funchal did not have these issues. Although, I'm starting to doubt. How disappointing my experience was that I'm starting to think all Nagoya restaurants are bad. The restaurant fills up quickly so get there early or make a reservation if you really have to go. I'm not going to be a visitor there again.

This was not good. It advertises as an all you can eat sushi. And half of that is true. You can eat all you want. But it's pretty far from sushi. It's like someone saw a picture of sushi and said 'he, we can do that!'. Yes, the outside of sushi is green. No, that is not lettuce. No, strawberries are not an ingredient in sushi. And no, sushi rice is not supposed to be luke-warm. Wait, is that ... cheese? The atmosphere isn't much to write home about. And I had a n upset stomach a day later. I have no evidence it was this place... but it would not surprise me. Would not eat again.

I really enjoyed my lunch here. It would be difficult to find better value for your money, and it's certain that you won't leave hungry given their generous "all you can eat" model. I'm sure that true "sushi snobs" may find fault here, but the fish was fresh enough in my opinion, and the menu was diverse enough to offer safe bets for every diner (there are many choices other than sushi). Combine the food with good service and a pleasant ambiance and I'm comfortable recommending Nagoya to any diner.

Chinese people running a sushi. Go figure! Not close to be authentic nor tasting good.

When we asked for more food the waitress complained with a facial-expression ''More food?!?''. Hahha its an all-you-can-eat place and she complained for ordering more! Ridiculous!

We asked to pay with a card. The waitress says ''only portuguese card'' . We say '' we have'' . She put it inside the machine for 1sec without typing the amount and she says '' you see, your card does not work!'' . She simply did not want to pay the 2% credit card fee. We should not have paid but i did not want to argue with these...
