Sure, you can get a full dinner for €10. But is it the kind of meal you're looking for? I followed the good reviews and walked over. It was full of locals, which I was happy to see and was expecting. I got a menu that had the offerings in four languages but no prices. I ordered the pork strips, french fries, rice and sliced tomatoes. While I waited, an intoxicated woman started a conversation with me. I thought it was funny for about 15 minutes. She tried her best to speak in English and I spoke a few words in Portuguese. She then turned belligerent and it got awkward while the staff didn't do much to calm her down. The food was underwhelming. The pork was quite fatty and half of it was inedible. The beer was good and it was entertaining to see how the locals enjoy dinner in a social setting on a weeknight. I recommend another restaurant in the area if you want a higher quality meal in a...

Wow!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this restaurant justice. Best food and service we’ve had from Lisbon to Lagos. Authentic, tasty food and ridiculous value for money. - you can tell they are proud of their food. We were the only tourists on a Friday night in a packed restaurant - a good sign - The locals embraced us and the atmosphere was brilliant - would eat here every night if we were staying. Thank you Fabricio (we think your name 🤔) - your warmth and charm made our whole stay. We ordered the pork and chicken (asked for peri peri) dishes & washed it down with local wine served in a jug and smooth/delicious. Portions are huge - our kids shared a dish. Do yourselves a a favour and...

Very good traditional Portuguese dishes for unbelievable prices. You can get a full meal enough for 2 people with 2 beers for 8 euros! Place is packed with locals and is very small but generally that means the food is great, which it was. If you dont speak Portuguese you might have a bit of trouble ordering but the owner also speaks french which was perfect for us. Would go again if i ever visit the area...

Tasty food and great price. 8 EUR for a set of main course, bread, and wine. There was a long line during peak times but it's not a long wait to get a table. They only accept cash and have english translations in the menu. One of the workers, Dylan, was very hospitable and speaks perfect English. I recommend this place.
