Avoid this restaurant if you're looking for good food, honest staff and cleanly restrooms. This place is meant for a younger crowd that may simply not know better with regards to a proper restaurant. If all you want to do is drink, this might be the place for you... BUT, if you have any problems with your food order (the beef AND pork were as tough as shoe leather), don't expect them to do anything remotely satisfactory to make things right. As a matter of fact, don't even expect your waitress to be honest with management with the state of the food you may have issues with. If Google allowed for zero stars... that's what this subpar establishment would get from me. Edit: As you can see by the owner's response, even the ownership doesn't give two shts about how their staff treats...

Saliente-se que, em momento algum, durante a refeição, me foi questionado se estava tudo bem (como sugere o proprietário na sua resposta). Simplesmente aquando da recolha dos pratos, a funcionária do estabelecimento verificou que o meu estava quase completo e questionou-me se estava cheia ou se não tinha gostado. Eu disse a verdade, ou seja, que não tinha gostado, pois a massa não tinha sabor e não estava suficientemente cozinhada para o meu gosto. Ao ouvir o meu comentário, a funcionária permaneceu em silêncio e deixou a mesa. No final, quando estávamos a pagar a conta, uma outra funcionária voltou a perguntar se gostamos e eu disse novamente que não e esta, simpaticamente, disse que nunca deveria sair insatisfeita e que deveria ter pedido outra coisa. No entanto, convenhamos que eu já tinha dito e nada me foi sugerido. Portanto, como é óbvio, não ia arriscar pedir outra coisa e ser obrigada a pagar por outro prato. As palavras de pouco valem, se querem realmente clientes satisfeitos, precisam de ATITUDE. A primeira é saber aceitar críticas e aproveitá-las...
