Went here on vacation and I went there a total of 3 times. Each time I went there was a mess up. I went with 3 people and each order was wrong in different ways. Absolutely never again will I go here again. Such a horrible food experience considering the ratings on the place. Honestly the chefs need to be fired or told to follow the instructions on the order note, because people have allergies and can’t have certain foods. With one of the mess ups they refused to believe it was when you could clearly tell. I’m allergic to tomato sauce and they put it on the 3 times. The second time they messed up I told them that there was tomato sauce on the pizza and they refused to believe it. Absolutely terrible. However it wasn’t the waiters faults at all. Totally on...
Read moreAbsolutely dreadful experience. We went as a party of 4, walked in and the guy didn't even make eye contact. Sat down. Nothing! Went up to the counter and the guy thrust some menus at us and said there were no salads, no cold baguettes, only hot plates. We sat and made our choices and waited an age before anyone came to speak to us. Only two staff were working and seemed more interested in dealing with customers who were seated outside. Eventually the guy came over to the table behind us and as he passed our table asked "Do you wanna order?" He didn't even look at us when he asked the question! We just looked at each other and then said "No" and we walked out. Dreadful behaviour from the waiter. I would recommend you...

But the toppings (mushrooms, olives, peppers) of the "3 sentidos" pizza all seemed to originate from a can which was disappointing in flavor and appearance, especially given the dense vegetation and superfluous gardens of the region. And the chorizo was far too finely ground for my preference. The dishware and pizza board did offer a nice presentation at least.
Notably, the pizza here seemed par for others I had seen and tried on Faial and other islands. So I'd probably recommend to just stick with the fish which are wonderful and native...
