Tables were set outside. A few people were sat with drinks at tables. We waited by an open window that served ice-cream. A lady that worked there walked towards us (she saw us there - waiting) and went behind the counter and poured a drink - all the time she didn't acknowledge us what so ever. She the turned around with the drink in her hand and walked away. She was nearer than 1metre away whilst she poured the drink and didn't have the decency to look at us - nothing. We left after standing for a few minutes with customers looking at us. We took ourselves to a fair superior restaurant and enjoyed the seaview and service fully (we'd visited the second restaurant earlier in the week so we knew exactly the excellent standard of service and food quality. I'd just slipped and injured my knees but continued the walk to the next place tentatively.) Rude behaviour isn't acceptable at all. Customers going here must feel trapped and that it's the only place to eat. It isn't the only one and don't waste your time. I'd slipped on the unlevel gravel in the nearby carpark walking towards this restaurant and was visibly shaken up - this waitress was...

Without a doubt the worst organized restaurant we have been here in Portugal.

Until 14.30 you‘ll need reservation. Even though a lot of tables were empty they just said to come again 14.30 and „first comes first serves“.

Returning 14.30 roughly 8 people were waiting already. They let 6 in, and said wait until 15.00. Again, easily 3-4 tables were empty, they just didn‘t want to rush things.

My recommendation don‘t go there if you want to go eat spontaneously, you just wait for hours. If you want to eat there so badly, just make sure to make a reservation.

About the food, the food was mid.

The waiter serving us didnt understand the frustration of the people waiting. He apologized in the end for the inconvenience which was good (no sincere apology though, probably wanted a tip), but again, if you want something quick to afterwards enjoy the beach, this is the...

Went for dinner with my 20 month old son. The food was fine (nothing special) but when I asked the bill a miserable looking waiter took over. My son had been well behaved throughout but was now agitating to leave so I was keen to pay quickly. I was brought the bill so I asked for the card machine. 5 minutes later I asked again and after another 10 minutes I asked again (at this point the tablet with the bill on had turned itself off). Finally the card machine appeared with the comment “you should try having a busy job”. I’ve been to many restaurants and have never been treated like that, especially when trying to manage an angry child on my own. If you are going out with kids try restaurant Tropico just down the road. Cheaper, better and service...

Delicious food. The sea bass was an absolute delight. So was the seafood rice and the kids meals. The kids had spaghetti and sole which according to the kids was great. If you feel like having a starter or just something small, I very very highly recommend the garlic prawns. Absolutely fantastic. Make sure to order bread with it as you will want to savour the sauce! On top of that, sitting at the beach is just wonderful. Particularly with a very good jug of white sangria. Worth a visit!

Located right at Praia dos Tres Irmaos in Alvor we enjoyed our beach view at lunch time in this restaurant. We ordered piri-piri chicken and definetly enjoyed our food. The chicken came right off the grill and the piri-piri oil was delicious. Since the olives (couvert) were just mediocre and the water was served in a large plastic bottle I have to go with a 4-star-rating. I would recommend this place to anyone being around Praia dos Tres Irmaos.
