The most romantic of places hidden in a small and quiet street in alvor, it's an absolute gem. From the moment you enter and smell the incredible aroma of the food being cooked and a very warm welcome from the very hospitable staff, you know you're in for an absolute treat. The owners Bella and her son are so very friendly and do all they can to make your visit relaxed and so very enjoyable, the waiter looking after us Abbi was a credit to the restaurant. The place has a charm from the outside for sure. In is also good but to be honest, for the are it is at… yeah, could’ve better for sure. Anyways, that’s not my grievance. Ordered pizza, I always do at Italian places. At best I could say it was mediocre. The bready part was dry and hard, there was no sause (literally) and it was 3 ingredients for 12.5 eur ? I've walked by several times thinking it was "just another pizza place". But this unassuming restaurant serves some fantastic authentic Italian food. I was assured the pastas and desserts were all made in-house. My lasagna and tiramisu were delicious and fresh. All of this is served up by an extremely friendly staff and owner, who stopped by to chat.
