What a find! Loved this place. Flavourful, fresh food made with local ingredients. Excellent service by the owner / chef, who’s clearly very passionate about creating a great experience here. We shared the shakshuka and fresh fruit pancakes. I’ve never been a big fan of shakshuka but this was delicious, great balance of flavours and served with sourdough toast and garlic butter. Pancakes were well balanced. Homemade ginger lemonade was refreshing and not overly sweet. Great coffee chaser. Loved all the extra touches, like works by local artists and makers, inc a range of delicious sourdough loaves from a local micro-bakery. Really thoughtful and well-run place which is a great addition to the village.

I’m so happy we found this place! We ordered a sharing plate of Shakshuka and it was soooooo soo good. It came with a bowl of salad and toast that had garlic spread on it which made it even tastier. Good selection of juices and they were freshly squeezed. The staff were so nice and attentive. They have a section where they display nice local produce like spirits, olive oil and tin-fish. The atmosphere was so calm and homely. If you want to avoid touristy restaurants then I highly recommend this place for breakfast!

Brilliant! We had breakfast one morning here and of course we tried the shakshuka. It is as good as it looks. I also had the sardines toasty which was almost perfect. The only issue was I could have eaten 10 more 😁 The kombucha, lemonade, cold brew - everything was just right. They took the time to explain how everything is made, where products are sourced from. We simply loved it! They also have a small corner with locally produced items from ceramics, cans, knitted stuff. Very very nice place 🥰

Best breakfast and lunch place in Alvor. I holiday here every year and I am so happy this place has opened. The yogurt bowl and bowl of the moment are my particular favourites. Usually I just go with my boyfriend however I took my family yesterday (6 people) and everyone's food was superb. My brother particularly loved the shashuka eggs. The attention to detail and service has made this one of my favourite places to eat. You can tell the owners are passionate about what they do which only adds to the fantastic dining experience. Cult n art is so cheap especially considering the high quality fresh ingredients used. As someone who has eaten in nearly every cafe in Alvor this place...

We enjoyed breakfast at this fantastic café three days in a row, and each visit was fantastic! The two owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly making us feel at home. All the food is freshly prepared on the spot, and it’s absolutely delicious. This place is a perfect alternative to the more touristy eateries in town, offering a relaxed, laid-back vibe with a touch of hippie spirit. If you’re looking for genuine hospitality, amazing food, and a chill atmosphere away from the usual tourist spots, this is the place to be. Highly...
