Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin — this place completely blew me away. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff are some of the friendliest and most caring people I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. @candida! You can tell they really love what they do and take pride in making sure every guest feels comfortable and looked after.

Now let’s talk about the view… absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re there for lunch or dinner, it’s the kind of setting that makes you pause and just soak it all in. Truly one of the most beautiful spots I’ve ever eaten at.

And then came the food — wow. I’m still thinking about those tiger prawns 🦐. They were so fresh and full of flavour, and they honestly just melted in my mouth. The meat was equally impressive — perfectly cooked, so soft and tender, it felt like it had been slow-cooked for hours. Every bite was a dream.

This has easily been the best dining experience I’ve had since moving to Portugal. I only wish I had found this place sooner. Worst experience and the worst food experienced in Portugal. We ordered the complete Kebab dinner which should have included both fish, meat, salad and appetizer. It was explained to us that they would need to use the electric pan as the grill was not ready. We arrived at 6pm and if we would have known we could have gone someplace else. The appetizer of bread, olives and pate was just ok. The pate had a strong fishy flavor. We ordered Sangria and the waiter spilled it over the table and into the pate . He apologized and brought a fresh pate but the table was wet with Sangria. The worst part was the plate we received. We received 2 plates with undercooked beef, over easy egg , rice and French fries. This was definitely not what we ordered. It felt like they just threw something together and served it since we were the only people there. The beef again was raw pretty much because they used an electric skillet to cook it. Definitely a cheap cut of beef. Should have heeded the review that complained of the same thing. Pelo aspeto do restaurante esperava um belo local para usufruir e desfrutar de uma experiência gastronómica, no entanto estava profundamente equivocado. Ao invés de atendimento competente, eu e os meus companheiros de mesa passámos por atendimento rude, antipático e muito demorado. Cheguei às 20 , pedi às 20:15 e às 21:30 fui infelizmente informado que o que pedi não estava disponível. Ora, num restaurante que aparenta ter como "especialidade" o peixe, pedi um prato de salmão e informaram-me que so existia dourada disponível(1hora e um quarto depois de ter pedido). Como é possivel, num restaurante conhecido pelo peixe, apenas haver UM tipo de peixe? E como é possível apenas ser informado 1 hora e um quarto depois? Optei por plumas de porco preto. Meia hora depois, os pedidos da mesa chegaram, mas com equívocos em significativa quantidade(pratos a mais, por exemplo). As minhas plumas não chegaram a mim, sendo assim dirigidas para outro companheiro de mesa devido a um erro no que toca aos nomes dos pratos(o empregado enganou-se no nome do meu pedido levando a que não chegasse a mim.) Tudo bem, lapsos acontecem, mas o problema surgiu a seguir, quando voltei a insistir nas plumas e me foi informado cerca de 15 minutos depois que este prato iria demorar mais a fazer, sendo me também referido que me poderiam trazer um bitoque ao invés do meu pedido. Eu,logicamente e obviamente, protestei, questionado o porquê de me estar a ser sugerida tal possibilidade, uma vez que ja estava à imenso tempo à espera de comida e,para além disso, já tinham existido bastantes lapsos. A resposta que recebi consistiu numa constatação em que não foi reconhecido qualquer erro e que estava claro que sugestão foi digna de ser colocada, mesmo tendo em conta tudo o que já tinha acontecido.
