Restaurante Rocha Beach — Restaurant in Portimão

This review is regarding the sun bed rental on the Rocha beach and the service as well as food/drinks there and not about the actual restaurant. However the sun bed rental is part of the restaurant.

We spent the whole day there today from the morning until the evening and basically everything was great. We will be back there for sure.

When you go to the sun bed rental you will meet friendly staff and get an option to get a sun bed combo for the whole or only half day (whole day: 9-19 / half day: 9-14/14-19). A combo will always consist of two sunbeds and a parasol. A full day costs 15€ for all and half days 10€.

On the tables you have a QR code to scan, with which you can order food and drinks from the restaurant. We ordered some beers, water, iced coffee, coke and a sandwich as well as fries and chicken wings.

Water starts at 2€, beer 3.3€, coke 3€, iced coffee 3,5€. Sandwiches start at around 4€ and go up to 10€. The chicken wings are 10€. Everything tasted fine/good. The chicken wings are very expensive for the amount of food you're getting but they taste good!

The staff are so friendly. They make you feel so welcome every time, very engaging and like to get to know you. Always there to serve, no wait time. Great spot to drink, eat, relax and enjoy the view. Staff work very hard and they always make us come back. The guy serving the beach is amazing, so helpful and lovely. We went here with my parents for lunch. Very good place. Food is simple but good and fresh. Nice Cocktails and incredible sparkling sangria! In front, a place with sofas to tan a bit.
