Valentino's — Restaurant in Portimão

Found this amazing restaurant on my visit to Alvor. I was staying at Pestana Hotel and this restaurant was at 5 mins walking distance.

We were a group of 4 adults and a child. Sat outside as the weather was lovely in the evening.

Ordered Tomato soup, vegetariana pizza, cheese garlic bread and vegetariana pasta in white sauce.

Tomato soup was delicious. Probably the best I have had in a long time. Way better than London.

Garlic bread was so thin and delicious 😋😋. It just melts in the mouth.

Pizza was delicious too. Thin and with veggies.

Every dish was served perfectly and was scrumptious.

Half way through a golf holiday and decided upon this quiet looking place very near to our hotel around the corner. Me and my friend were greeted by what I can assume was the owner, a classy Italian looking gentleman. He was charming, funny and attentive and served us the best ever special pizza (Giovanni's special) in fact I'd go as far as to say it was the best pizza I've ever had. I stopped in here to have some dinner. The place was totally full, but the lady that was cooking set me up with a table. After a while, they came to take my order. I ordered lasagna and a large beer. Surprisingly, I didn’t have to wait too long to get my food. It tasted very good. I think they need at least one more person for service. They speak English and they are very friendly!
