Ate here twice in a week on my lawn bowling visit to Alvor. First time I had the wonton starter and found that there was too much wrap and not enough content. My main was Thai red curry which wasn't red and tasted more like massamam. On my second visit I tried the prawn starter which was great although I didn't like having to remove the tails. Better to present the prawns so that they can be enjoyed without the outer shells or tails. My main was a beef Szechuan dish which was also tasty. Sadly they had run out of all desserts despite knowing we were a party of 10. This is the first restaurant I have been too anywhere that has run out of all desserts. Read moreVisited this restaurant several times during our holiday....The staff are really friendly, the restaurant is clean and more importantly the food is to die for. Everything is freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Loved all the dishes we had, from the Tom Ka Gai Soup, Thai Red Curry, Crispy Shrimps with garlic oyster sauce, Pad thai, Thai Green Curry all the way to the Tantanmen Ramen Soup with pork were just one by one ALL amazing!
If you love pan - Asian dishes and especially have a soft for Thai like we do. I cannot praise this restaurant highly enough in just words. You have to taste, smell and see it for yourself and let your taste buds explode with all the wonderful combinations they create!
So in short....Highly recommended and an absolute must visit in Alvor!
There is also a Courtyard in the back with a very beautiful eye-catching mural, very nice to sit there especially for hot...
Read moreThere is a reason they have such highly rated reviews, some of the best food we have had while in the Algarve. If you like Asian/Thai food, this is the place to go. We have been twice in past couple weeks, as their Pad Thai is amazing. Pad Thai is made with vegetables in season and chef picks 5 for your dish from selection of 10. This is street style Pad Thai and flavour is amazing. You need reservations most nights as each time we have been there, people have been turned away as restaurant is full. They have many other dishes to choose from and we will be back again soon to try more before...
