A pleasant street and location for the establishment, but when I entered, the staff didn’t seem to care at all whether I came in or not—no greeting. I ordered and had to clean the table I sat at myself; I get that it happens sometimes. Then I waited about 40 minutes for my drink, which is way too long. Also, as you can see, the matcha was poorly mixed, with clumps everywhere, which is bad, though having a lot of matcha is good. We visited this café located not far from "Campo 24 de Agosto" station after randomly fiding it on Google Maps and I can only agree with its 5 stars rating! The woman who greeted us at the counter was very friendly, and the staff speak English well. Their use of matcha in drinks is very original, and their pastries are delicious.
