Nice place, bad/novice employees. Expensive.

Three times visited in the same week. Every visit worst than the previous.

The employees looks like they don't had anyone who controls their moves or their workflow. They make mistakes that costs time to the customers and provoques that employees make their work at high speeds that they can't control. So, basically you can see a chaos if you visit the coffee shop at prime time (10h-12h). Looks like the workflow is not the correct, IDK.

The quality of coffee is nothing else that you can get in another shop. The Delta coffee is very very good and have a incredible flavour and smell. Well, I can't find them in my three visits 😢. I drink Delta coffee everyday at home and is the perfect flavour for me. I can't understand why and how I make better coffee in my house than the official maker coffe shop.I am very dissapointed.

The prices are too expensive. Without looking too much, you can find other places where you can get the same breakfast (2 coffees, 2 pastel de nata) for 3 or 4 euros lower price. This makes me think about that this place is for tourism 100% focused.

I really like Delta as a coffee and as a brand. I hope they can fix the bad points and make this coffee shop the referent of the city for a good...

Went here on 2 occasions, the store vibe was spot on with all the beautiful interior design, they were fast as well which was a bonus. The pastel de nata was probably the best i have tried in Portugal, not too sweet, not too much filling, just perfect. The coffee on the other hand, is way too light. They either don't put enough coffee in the drinks or their blend is too smooth. The cappuccino tasted too milky, not enough coffee. Their cold cream drink tasted too watered down, as in coffee with left over ice inside it that tastes like water with a hint of coffee you know? so the next day I tried their "cold brew" and asked for a shot of expresso to be added to my cold brew + sweet cream on top. First of all, it was served in the most inappropriate size glass (too short and small). Secondly, it was so so watery, I genuinely don't believe that it was cold brew, it was probably iced coffee with the ice melted down. A shame for a place that is called the coffee house experience...

Looks good, has all the right ingredients to be great, but very disappointing coffee. Ordered a flat white and after a very promising conversation about selecting the right acidity beans for my taste, a very poor coffe was produced. It was tasteless and v very weak (if you want it done right, go to So Coffee instead). I saw the barista splitting the shot into two for making the flat white. I thought though it looks wrong, surely they work with a recipe that is right for those beans... Unfortunately it was bad and tasteless. When I asked later why not working to a recipe and ratios, they said they always prepare the flat white w a single shot and that was that... I told them it didn't taste of anything, but they didn't care. In short - don't come here for coffee. Do yourself a favour and find any So Coffee in Porto - they do a great job, so you know what the standard should be.

The pasteis is wonderful though- just don't bother...

International travelers with jet lag and woke up early on a drizzling Sunday morning valued the most to get to somewhere started early and opened on Sunday with standard food options. Yes, Delta is somewhere you can trust. A variety of breakfast options that you can have from here, avocado toast , scrambled egg, sunny side up, granola in yogurt, coffee , orange juice and etc. portion is large, price point is quite reasonable, taste is standard, there is nothing that can compete with something within the expectation. Some food item to avoid Since we were in Portugal, ordered two egg tarts and it was a bit weird , they have a jelly gelatin taste, not very pleasant. Pancake was a bummer , don’t try unless you really want to chew a hard piece of dough. Avocado toast was not using the fresh avocado but using the guacamole. Other than these, the rest food items were quite standard and they have a warm and bright vibe with simple decorations.

I had a fantastic experience at Delta Coffee House in Porto. As coffee roasters, they really know their stuff and the coffee was top-notch. Plus, being connected to Mantegaria nata factory meant the pasteis de nata were delicious and fresh. I especially appreciated that they served a proper cappuccino without the added chocolate and cinnamon that you often find at other coffee shops in Porto. However, they didn't quite nail the flat white, so I'd recommend sticking with the cappuccino. Inside, they offer a variety of coffee gear, though it's not necessarily for the experts. The ambiance is great with big windows, high ceilings, and a cozy atmosphere. Plus, being located near Bolhão market adds to the overall vibe. Overall, Delta Coffee House is an above-average coffee place in the region, with fantastic coffee and delicious pastries. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area.
